The Watering Hole Publisher — Terms of Service

The Watering Hole Publisher is a private, first-party tool operated by Gay Things Inc. for publishing The Watering Hole's own content to The Watering Hole's own social accounts. These terms cover that tool.

Who may use it

The tool is for the sole use of its owner and operator. There is no public access, no accounts for other people to create, and no service offered to third parties. It is not a product.

What it does

It uploads video files and captions that The Watering Hole has produced to The Watering Hole's own connected accounts, and reads back public performance counts for those posts in order to display them on an internal dashboard.

Acceptable use

The operator will use it only to post content The Watering Hole holds the rights to, in compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. It will not be used to post on behalf of any other party, to automate engagement, to scrape data, or to post content the operator does not own.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is, for internal use, with no warranty. Access may be revoked by the operator or by TikTok at any time.
