There is a version of conservative media that is not visibly, audibly horny for Hasan Piker. Tuesday night's Jesse Watters Primetime was not it.

In the clip Fox News posted on Wednesday, Watters coos "here, kitty, kitty, kitty, kitty, kitty" before airing footage of the Twitch streamer in a French maid outfit and cat ears. The footage is not new. The Advocate reports it comes from a January 2025 trip to Japan, where Piker and other creators dressed up to work in a maid cafe, and a conservative account dug it back up on Monday.

what watters said

"That's the Twitch streamer from California who's leading the communist bloc through the midterms? That's Abdul's boy," Watters said, meaning Abdul El-Sayed, the Democrat Piker has been backing, per AOL. Then he wondered aloud whether El-Sayed likes it when Piker wears "a little French maid outfit like that," decided "whatever floats his boat," and closed with the line Primetimer put in its headline: "All I know, when I was in Paris, maids didn't dress like that."

He followed that with "Barack Obama says the future is female," which we have read four times and still cannot connect to anything.

This is apparently a pattern. According to AOL, Watters's co-host on The Five, Jessica Tarlov, said on the same day's show that "Jesse has been crushing on him for like three weeks now," of El-Sayed. A man has a type.

how piker answered

Two hours after Fox posted the clip, Piker posted his reply, which we reproduce in full because it does not need us: "jesse waters don't ask your wife how she feels about me in this outfit."

It has roughly four times the likes of Fox's post. The queer read here writes itself and we will let it: when a straight man on cable looks at another man in a skirt and his reflex is to coo at him like a cat, the problem is not the skirt.
